The new Target Hotplug is a fantastic new tool!
I've started to use it and I love it, but I'm missing from the toolbar.
I've managed to add to the toolbar by modifying the debugger_toolbar.xrc, but the appearance is not exactly as expected.
It would be nice to see in the next release.
Thank you!

I considered this but I decided not to add it.
A lot of beginners won't understand the difference and hit the hot plug in the assumption that they debug the actual source while this is not necessarily the case.
If the code was altered but not uploaded to the device then the hot plugged debug session will show source code which is not always according what really happens inside.
The hot plug option is for e.g. inspecting a device if it's in trouble or if a device is tested and to peak after e.g. several days how everything is going on inside.
Remark:
If you want to connect to a device in the field then you have to make sure that the probe is already powered on (connected to a working USB port) before you connect the target to the probe otherwise the unpowered probe will reset the target. If you only use 2 lines and not the hardware reset line then this doesn't apply.
